Check In Instructions

• Will be sent to you 48 to 24 hours before your arrival in two messages. One with your stay details and important information on your stay. Then a second with your door code making check seamless via a smart lock.

• You are welcome to check in at 4 pm or later, if you need an earlier check in please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Check Out Instructions are very simple

• Check-out time is by 10 am, if you need an later check out please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

• Please place all used towels in the bath tubs.

• Leave slept in beds unmade.

• Be sure to cover the hot tub.

• Be sure all fireplaces and pits are turned off.

• Set the garage air to 68 in the cooler months or 72 in the warm months. The inside HVAC's are on a schedule you do not need to worry about changing those.

• Place all trash in bags, and put in the provided trash can located in front of the house, Note the pick up service is every Monday Morning.
