We want your visit to be one of the best you have ever had. Please let us know if you need anything or have any issues and we will make it right. Before leaving any bad reviews please give us a chance to address whatever the issue may be.

*The fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink

* Please ensure all gas fireplaces and pits are turned off after use. There are NO auto shut offs so when you are done enjoying them turn them OFF or you will run out of gas/LG

* 1 full spare LG tanks is provided and stored under the back porch. Go to our pages How to for help on how to replace the tanks

* Cornhole boards are stored in the garage and returned there after use. They are not weather proof so please do not leave them out

* Please cover the hot tub when not in use. Never add any chemicals to the hot tub

* Please be absolutely sure you have no makeup, body lotion, sun tan lotion, etc on when getting in the hot tub. Getting in it with anything like this on will result in a foaming hot tub that will then turn into a brown paste like substance in the tub and render it unusable. This will also require the tub to be drained and cleaned then refilled and chemically balanced which is very time consuming and expensive (water and chemicals). Best practice is to rinse off before getting in. So please everyone help us keep the hot tub healthy for your stay and the next guests stay. Thank you.

* We decided to bring in as much reclaimed wood pieces as we could, along custom reclaimed furniture and many high end items. We want you to enjoy the very best during your visit. Please treat these everything with respect, as if they were yours, use the many coasters we have provided and place mats. Wipe up any spills quickly and only use hot water & dish soaps or windex on the wood surfaces/Granite or granite cleaner on the granite counter tops. This will ensure future guests will have the same experiences as you. Thank you so much for treating the home as your own!

* The garage floors are stained, sealed and polish, simply use the provided towels on any spills using only use hot water & dish soaps as needed.

* Towels for spills are located in a basket in the garage and marked accordingly. Please do not use the white towels for anything other than your body. Black makeup towels are also provided in each bathroom.

* Hot tub towels are located in the garage in a basket marked Hot Tub Towels.

* All the remotes in the house are labeled as to which room and item they go to.

* Most of the plugs in the common areas are equipped with a dim night light to ensure your visibility in your new surrounds when the lights are off.

* The kitchen cabinet lights, Front and back porch lights, Fire pit lights and hot tub lights are on a schedule. You can turn them off and on by simply saying the following; Hey Google turn on/off Kitchen Lights - Front Porch Lights - Back Porch Lights - Hot Tub Lights - Fire Pit Lights.

* There are Google Mini speakers in the kitchen, Back and Front Porches and Garage. Those are the areas where to can do the above. You can also ask it to play you music, what's the weather and pretty much just about anything you can think of.

* All the light switches are labeled.

*The neon lights all have on/off switched and dimming switches mounted on the wall near them. Please do not remove them from the wall.

* All the TV's are smart TV's loaded with just about every app you can need. You will need to log in with your accounts to use them, please remember to sign out when checking out.
